You can taste delicious grilled dishes, traditional oscypek roasted on a grill with cranberries and drink Galician mulled wine. For lovers of a little something there will also be roasted nuts, baked chestnuts, Christmas cookies and gingerbread. There is no shortage of Christmas treats, such as roasted nuts in caramel, chocolate-covered products, marzipan and traditional gingerbread.
Krakow Christmas Market is accompanied by numerous events: Christmas Caroling Page, Rite of the Polish Forefathers, presentations of Lesser Poland communes, Christmas meetings with city officials, etc. As part of the fair, the creators of nativity scenes will meet at the Adam Mickiewicz monument. The most colorful element will be a procession of carollers. There will also be a show of “Dziady Polski”, inspired by the drama of Mickiewicz.
